Maintenance Assistant

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, from performing routine maintenance tasks to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Performing repairs and maintenance on equipment, such as elevators, plumbing, and electrical systems

  • Conducting daily inspections of the facility to identify and address any issues or concerns

  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned

• Provide exceptional customer service, including:

  • Responding promptly to patient requests and concerns

  • Maintaining a clean and organized facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our patients and staff

  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including:

  • Tracking and documenting maintenance activities and repairs

  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the maintenance supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
