RN Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Join a leading healthcare team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse. This 14-week assignment offers 36 guaranteed hours per week in a busy maternity unit supporting approximately 3,000 deliveries annually.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Boston, MA

• Specialty: Labor & Delivery

• Assignment Length: 14 weeks

• Shift: 12-hour day/night rotation, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience

• Operating room circulator experience required

• Previous travel nursing experience required

• EPIC experience required

• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips

• Must pass the Day 1 telemetry test with a score of at least 85%

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, with all required lessons completed and certification valid throughout the assignment

• Fetal monitoring course completion, preferably through AWHONN

• High-risk obstetrics experience preferred

• Telemetry or dysrhythmia interpretation course preferred

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) experience will not be accepted
