Weekday Shift 5p-9p

Alternate Weekends 8:30am-5pm

Receptionist Job Summary:

White Oak Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading rehabilitation center in Toledo, OH, is seeking a compassionate and organized Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our staff. Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls: Provide prompt and courteous responses to phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls to staff members as needed.
• Greet patients, families, and visitors: Offer a warm welcome to all visitors, providing assistance with wayfinding and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and files: Ensure that patient records, medical reports, and other documents are up-to-date, organized, and confidential.
• Assist with administrative tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports and correspondence.
• Participate in quality improvement activities: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.

Receptionist Requirements:

• Part-time schedule
• Prior experience preferred
