RN Supervisor Job Summary:

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes

• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to improve patient health and well-being

• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, test results, and treatment plans

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize patient outcomes and staff efficiency

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement educational programs and materials for patients and families

RN Supervisor Requirements:

• Prior experience as a registered nurse/ supervisor preferred

• Current New York State RN license

• Strong leadership and communication skills
