Every other weekend Saturday/Sunday 8 am to 8 pm

As a Receptionist with Irving Park Living and Rehab, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their families. If you are a fast, fun, and friendly individual who loves to meet and greet people, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Receptionist, your typical day may include:

• Getting to know all of our fabulous residents and advocating for a positive work environment

• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks with ease

• Ensuring the reception area is clean and equipped to help residents, guests, and team members

• Responding to communities and residents' requests in a fast, fun, and friendly manner

• Following spectacular phone etiquette and other duties as requested

• Answering phones, working on the computer, and helping residents with requests

• Communicating clearly and effectively

• Making lasting impressions through your work

• Responding to residents' needs and requests in a positive and helpful manner

• A willingness to learn something new each day

• Inspiration to serve the needs of our residents and communities

• Point Click Care experience preferred
