Home Health Aide 12 Hour Shift

Faithful Home Care Solutions is seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate caregivers to provide care in the King of Prussia (KOP) area, starting in December 2026.

We are looking for caregivers available for Sunday coverage and Monday and Tuesday shifts, with both daytime and overnight opportunities available.

Position Overview

The Direct Care Worker provides non-medical personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.

Schedule & Availability

Start Date: December 2026
Location: King of Prussia (KOP), Pennsylvania

Available Shifts:

• Sunday: All-day coverage | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Monday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and hygiene maintenance

• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, feeding assistance, ambulation, positioning, and transfers

• Utilize proper safety techniques and equipment (including Hoyer lift use as needed)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Support client independence according to the care plan

• Maintain a safe and clean environment

• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures

• Maintain strict client confidentiality

• Communicate effectively with family members and the care team

• Adhere to agency policies, professional standards, and state regulations

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of related senior caregiving experience preferred

• Experience with Hoyer lift transfers required

• Experience providing incontinence care, including changing adult diapers, required

• Experience caring for bed-bound clients required

Licensure & Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable, insured transportation 

• Satisfactory background check
