Shifts:

Full time position and requires alternate weekend

Mondays- Fridays 11pm-8am

Saturday & Sunday 7pm-7am

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and families with a warm and welcoming demeanor

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to messages, and demonstrate knowledge of our facility and services

• Manage and maintain accurate records, including daily logs, visitor information, and resident updates

• Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and facility operations

• Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and compassionate

Receptionist Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with computer software, including MS Office and scheduling systems preferred
