Senior Human Resources Director – Mid-Atlantic Region

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director to provide hands-on HR leadership and support across our Mid-Atlantic region, including Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia.

This multi-site position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in skilled nursing or long-term care who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring facility-level HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

• Partner with Regional HR, Operations, and facility leadership to address workforce needs.

• Mentor, train, and support facility Human Resources Directors.

• Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

• Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

• Support facilities during HR leadership transitions, vacancies, and operational challenges.

• Provide guidance on recruitment, retention, onboarding, and employee engagement.

• Assist with labor relations and union-related matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Skilled nursing or long-term care HR experience required.

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience preferred.

• Multi-site or regional HR experience strongly preferred.

• Union and labor relations experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

• Willingness to travel throughout Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia required.
