Director of Nursing

A well-established healthcare organization in Northeast Ohio is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Manage nursing staff recruitment, retention, education, and performance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes.

• Drive clinical excellence, quality assurance, and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Previous nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute settings.

• Strong knowledge of Ohio and federal regulatory requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
