Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to read, understand, and follow standardized recipes
• Basic understanding of or willingness to learn sanitation and workplace safety regulations
• Basic understanding of or willingness to learn food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures
