About the Role:

As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities for our residents. This includes:

• Developing and implementing creative and engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to assess and develop individualized activity plans

• Leading and coordinating group activities, including games, arts and crafts, and fitness programs

• Facilitating social events and outings that promote resident socialization and community building

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain activity schedules and reports

• Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs and interests

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and vendors

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery

• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
