Helping Hearts | Flexible Scheduling | Day, Night & Weekend Shifts

Helping Hearts is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team! We welcome caregivers with diverse backgrounds and experience, including HHA, PCA, CNA, senior care, dementia care, and in-home care.

We offer flexible shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, with opportunities for caregivers with open availability.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ well-being.

• Support clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other health conditions.

• Assist with daily routines and promote independence.

• Report changes in clients’ health or behavior.
  

Qualifications

• Caregivers with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in HHA, PCA, CNA, senior care, dementia care, or personal care is a plus.

• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional.

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and extended shifts.

• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.

• Relevant certifications and reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment.
