Your Role as a Recreation / Activities Aide:

• Plan and lead engaging activities that enrich residents' daily lives
• Provide personalized one-on-one activities based on individual interests
• Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff
• Assist with organizing events, seasonal decorating, and social programs
• Support residents in creative projects, gardening, baking, and other interactive experiences
