Special needs FFS RN

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Fee-For-Service RN Team. Our nurses work closely with children, families, caregivers, and home health aides to ensure each patient receives safe, high-quality care while remaining in their home environment. This role involves providing skilled nursing care and opening new patient cases within the Community – New York City Boroughs (No more than one borough per day).

New graduates are welcome to apply! We offer comprehensive 1:1 paid training with a supervising nurse to ensure your success in the field.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN license and registration

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

• Effective communication with children, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic

• Proficient with computers; EMR and Pointcare experience a plus

• Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required

• Pediatric nursing assessment
