Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes excellent patient care and satisfaction

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and other departmental leaders

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication

• Conduct performance assessments, provide coaching and mentoring, and facilitate professional development for nursing staff

• Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of organizational objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (or higher)

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in nursing administration

• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
