Position: Full Time and On call

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively plans, organizes, directs and implements a comprehensive facility-wide nursing program

• Provides nursing leadership in order to meet the goals of the Reliant organization and the individual facility

• Creates an environment that is respectful, team oriented and responsive to the concerns of staff, patients and families.

• Completes daily rounds on the units to observe patients and to determine if nursing needs are being met

• Provides patient care when required

• Monitors nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes;

Qualifications:

• Must have an RN license in CA

• Must be available and on-call after hours

• Must be the sole position

• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
