Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for our nursing home, responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as maintaining a high level of quality care for our residents.

• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the overall quality of care, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other support staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Long-Term Care Administrator (LTC) with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
