A well-established, multi-facility skilled nursing organization based in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut area is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to lead all clinical operations across its portfolio of skilled nursing facilities. The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is the company’s top clinical executive: every clinical leader reports to the CCO, and the buck stops with the CCO on quality of care, compliance, and outcomes.
This is not a step-up role. The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) must already have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership of all clinical operations for a nursing home company – as a CCO, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), or equivalent – where they were the final clinical decision-maker. Prior nursing home experience is required.
