RN Registered Nurse Supervisor – Long-Term Care

Assignment Details:

• Position: RN Supervisor / Clinical Leader

• Specialty: Long-Term Care

• Location: Waterloo, NY

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Part-time nights

• Schedule: Two or three 8-hour shifts per week, every other weekend required, holidays as needed

• Local candidates and direct-hire candidates are also welcome

Requirements:

• Active NY RN license

• At least 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care

• Previous supervisor or clinical lead experience overseeing multiple units; charge nurse experience alone does not meet this requirement

• BLS certification through AHA or RQI

• CPI certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire

• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing

• BSN preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical management skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
