Kindly Direct Care is looking for a dependable, energetic, and engaging Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with an adult with developmental disabilities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, building connections, and encouraging others to grow. You’ll help the individual participate in activities, explore interests, develop life skills, and gain greater independence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Getting out for recreational activities, exercise, errands, and community outings.

• Exploring hobbies and finding fun, engaging activities to enjoy together.

• Encouraging independence, confidence, and problem-solving.

• Helping develop social skills, daily routines, and practical life skills.

• Being a consistent, positive role model and mentor.

• Supporting personal goals while making each shift meaningful.

• A natural mentor who enjoys encouraging and motivating people.

• Experienced in sports, coaching, fitness, recreation, education, or mentoring (a plus but not required!).

• A reliable driver with your own vehicle.

Schedule

• Monday: 3 PM–5 PM

• Wednesday: 3 PM–6 PM

• Friday: 3 PM–6 PM
