Registered Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills. This role involves performing patient assessments, administering medications and injections, and supporting patient safety through vital signs monitoring and physical examinations. The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery in compliance with HIPAA and NCQA standards.

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments in compliance with all local, state and other regulatory compliance.

• Oversee all clinical operations of the company

• Perform annual caregiver reviews

• Administer TB testing for caregivers

• Document all patient interactions accurately in the company CRM

• Other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state of Ohio.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent documentation skills ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and NCQA standards.
