We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper / Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our facility's appearance, safety, and functionality.

About the Role:

As a Landscaper / Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facility. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Performing landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, weeding, and seasonal clean-up
• Assisting with snow removal and plowing during winter weather
• Completing routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
• Assisting with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting projects
• Conducting preventative maintenance and addressing work orders in a timely manner
• Maintaining grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor areas to ensure a safe and attractive environment
• Setting up and moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Identifying and reporting safety hazards and maintenance concerns
• Assisting with emergency maintenance situations as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Experience operating lawn care equipment, power tools, and snow removal equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs independently
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
