What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assistance with residents' daily living activities.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional care.

• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident.

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.

• A caring heart and a genuine passion for helping others.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
