About the Role:

As a Medical Record Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing patient medical records in accordance with federal and state regulations. This includes reviewing, updating, and correcting records, as well as preparing and distributing reports and documents. You will also assist with document scanning and filing, ensuring that all records are accurately indexed and easily retrievable.
