Kindly Direct Care is seeking a dependable, caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-to-one community support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Toms River, New Jersey.

This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who values consistency, treats others with respect, and enjoys helping a person participate more fully in community life.

What you’ll do

• Provide companionship and spend time together in the community.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Support routines and activities based on the individual’s needs and guidance.

• Follow individualized instructions, prioritize safety, and complete service documentation.

• Communicate with the Kindly team and reliably maintain the agreed schedule.

Schedule and location

• Two weekday shifts per week, 5:00–8:00 p.m.

• A few additional hours on either Saturday or Sunday.

• Toms River, NJ. Driving during shifts is required.

Pay: $17–$21 per hour.

What you’ll need

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Dependability and a steady commitment to the schedule—the individual and family count on consistency.

• Patience, respect, and comfort providing one-to-one support.

• Willingness to complete onboarding, background checks, and required training.
