Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to alleviate loneliness and anxiety
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring that residents receive the nutrition they need
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry tasks, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents
• Assist with medication administration and vital sign checks, ensuring that residents receive timely and accurate treatment
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that resident needs are met
• Document resident care and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
