Full-Time and Part-Time | Morning Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

The W Assisted Living at Riverdale is hiring compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides to join our team. If you take pride in caring for seniors and want a workplace with steady hours, supportive leadership, and room to grow, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Support residents with self-administration of medications, following facility policy (training provided)

• Provide light housekeeping and laundry to keep residents’ spaces clean and comfortable

• Offer companionship and emotional support, helping residents feel at home

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the supervising nurse or care team

• Document care accurately and on time

What You’ll Need

• Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

• Recent physical, including drug screen, PPD, and Rubella and Rubeola titers

• Reliable, on-time attendance and a positive, self-motivated attitude

• A respectful, patient approach that preserves each resident’s dignity

• Availability to work weekends as scheduled
