Job Summary:

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team on a weekend schedule. As a CNA Weekend Baylor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, promoting their dignity, comfort, and support. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and hygiene assistance

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the licensed nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Minimum 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome to apply)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
