About the Role:

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in the preparation, assembly, and serving of meals to our residents. You will also help with food storage, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe food service environment. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure that our residents receive the best possible dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, assembly, and serving of meals to residents

• Maintain food storage areas, inventory, and kitchen equipment

• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas

• Assist with food deliveries and tray service

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the dining experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
