Activities Assistant for Nursing Home

Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hr based on experience, full-time

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is hiring an Activities Assistant. If you're friendly, patient, and like keeping people engaged, this is a job where you'll make residents smile every day.

What you'll do:

- Lead group activities like games, crafts, music, and exercise

- Spend one-on-one time with residents who can't join group programs

- Set up and clean up activities and help residents get to and from them

- Help with outings, parties, and holiday events

- Record resident participation

What you need:

- A good attitude and genuine patience with seniors

- Comfortable leading small groups

- Long-term care experience a plus, but not required
