As a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with Helping U Homecare, you will have the opportunity to provide care to a 1-year-old baby. Day and Night Shifts are available. Patient has a GT, uses Oxygen and a Nebulizer but does not have a Vent or Trach. Our team of compassionate caregivers provides unparalleled service and valued companionship to individuals in need. With a focus on improving patients' quality of life, we are seeking dedicated LPNs like you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our patients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians or case managers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly

About the Role:

As a member of our team, you will be working as an extension of the patient's healthcare team, providing individualized care and support.
