Pay

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Supervise and support assigned RBTs

• Collaborate with parents, daycare staff, and school teams to ensure consistent care

Support You’ll Have

• A supportive Clinical Director

• Dedicated back-office staff for scheduling, intake, and authorizations

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification (state licensure where required)

• Experience working with children with ASD

• Comfort working independently in homes, daycares, and schools
