About the Role

As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facility. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting repairs, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in various systems and equipment

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Conduct graffiti removal and perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
