• Manage and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and attention

• Accurately and efficiently document patient information, medical records, and other relevant data

• Provide administrative support to the nursing staff, including answering phones, taking messages, and responding to inquiries

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and files

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
