About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care and support to our residents. Your primary duties will include:

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nurses

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatments

• Participate in patient education and training programs

• Perform other duties as assigned by licensed nursing staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support to clients in a rehabilitation and wellness setting
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in healthcare
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Alabama (Mental health facility certification is not applicable)
