Seeking a Director of Maintenance/Housekeeping to join its team.
Candidate will:
Have previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Healthcare Setting
Be on call for emergenices
Maintain required documentation based in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Conduct preventative maintenance checks for ensure proper functioning equipment
Conduct facility rounds to ensure safety
Supervise assigned personnel
Preform other duties as requested
