Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Vertus HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

As a CNA with Vertus HealthCare, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other ADLs. You will also be responsible for reporting changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other ADLs.

• Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance as assigned.

• Follow the patient's plan of care.

• Report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse.

• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

• Complete required documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida CNA license.

• Home health or home care experience preferred.

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.

• Reliable transportation.
