Bilingual Behavior Technician | Help Kids Grow

Are you fluent in Spanish and English and looking for a part time job where your language skills truly matter?

One Step Forward is hiring a Bilingual ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to work one on one with a child in the Newark, NJ area. You will support a Spanish speaking family with clear communication and a steady weekly routine, and you will build real hands on ABA experience while you do it.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide one on one ABA therapy in the child's home

• Follow a program written by a BCBA

• Teach communication, play, social and daily living skills

• Collect data and complete short session notes

• Talk with caregivers in both Spanish and English

What We're Looking For:

• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
