Maintenance Director Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise preventative maintenance programs and staff

• Ensure facility safety and regulatory compliance

• Conduct fire drills and inspections

• DPH Life Safety proficiency

• Manage supplies, equipment, and departmental operations

• Complete maintenance reports and documentation

Maintenance Director Qualifications & Skills
