Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine functional abilities, rehabilitation needs, and individualized treatment goals

• Develop and implement evidence‑based physical therapy plans of care

• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility interventions

• Educate residents, families, and staff on safe mobility techniques and rehabilitation strategies

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely

• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and administrative teams to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care

• Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards

What You Bring

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Iowa

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
