Job Summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of La Mesa is hiring a dependable, experienced caregiver for a recurring weekend assignment in Chula Vista.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience and assignment needs

Employment Type: Part-Time

This position is ideal for a caregiver seeking consistent weekend hours. Reliability is essential. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, punctual, and committed to covering both scheduled weekend shifts.

You will provide non-medical in-home support that may include:

• Companionship and social engagement

• Personal care assistance, including bathing and dressing support

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Standby assistance and fall-risk supervision

• Safe transportation or errands, depending on assignment

• Professional communication with the client, family, and office

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of paid, hands-on caregiving or personal-care experience required

• One year of professional caregiving experience preferred

• Current California Home Care Aide registration, or eligible and willing to complete registration requirements before starting assignments

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

• Able to pass a background check and authorized to work in the United States

• Dependable, punctual, compassionate, and responsive to office calls and texts
