Empire Care Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Liaison/Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team! As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing various business office functions, including resident files, payroll, accounts payable, and more. Responsibilities:

• Submit and track Medicaid applications via Gateway and GAMMIS

• Guide families through documentation and spend-down requirements

• Coordinate with Medicaid caseworkers and state agencies for approvals and appeals

• Collaborate with legal, hospice, and corporate billing teams to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Business, Human Resources, Admissions, or related fields

• Prior experience working in a long-term care organization

• Experience in processing Medicaid applications and payroll
