We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on RN leader to join our nursing leadership team. The ideal candidate leads by example, supports staff, and is committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations.
• Conduct rounds and follow up on resident and family concerns.
• Support unit managers and nursing supervisors across all shifts.
• Monitor nursing care, documentation, and staff accountability.
• Assist with staff education, infection prevention, and survey readiness.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license valid in New Jersey.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience preferred.
