What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you'll provide skilled occupational therapy services designed to help residents improve their independence, safety, functional abilities, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities include:
• Evaluating residents and identifying functional needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Addressing activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), mobility, and functional independence
• Monitoring resident progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Recommending adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies
• Educating residents, families, and caregivers
• Collaborating with nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

What We're Looking For
• Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• License in good standing with applicable licensing boards and regulatory agencies
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Net Health documentation experience is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Passion for helping residents maintain or improve their independence and quality of life
