As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, ensuring our residents feel at home.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you will be responsible for performing various housekeeping and laundry tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing. You will work closely with our nursing and support staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents

• Wash, dry, and fold linens and clothing, ready for use by our residents

• Restock linens, toiletries, and supplies as needed

• Assist with transporting linens and laundry to and from the laundry facility

• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of care and services to our residents

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
