Your Core Mission

• Empower and Retain Staff: Act as a visible, accessible leader on the floor. Mentor your department heads—including HR, Nursing, and Business Office—to build a unified, high-performing team.

• Drive Community Trust: Reintroduce Arcadia Landing to families, hospitals, and the Tulsa community as the premier choice for skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

What You Bring to the Table

• A current, unencumbered Oklahoma Long-Term Care Administrator License (NHA).

• A proven track record of successful leadership, with a strong desire to mentor and develop staff.
