Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

• Conduct inspections of the facility to identify and report any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs

• Repair and maintain equipment, including but not limited to, appliances, fixtures, and furniture

• Assist in the upkeep of the facility's grounds, including but not limited to, lawn care, snow removal, and trash disposal

• Collaborate with the maintenance director to complete tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Maintenance Assistant will be required to undergo background checks and maintain confidentiality
