What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of nursing professionals.

• Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment.

• Oversee daily nursing operations while ensuring the highest standards of resident care.

• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Work closely with facility leadership to continuously improve resident outcomes and staff satisfaction.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in good standing.

• Previous nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• A hands-on, approachable leadership style.

• A genuine passion for resident care and developing strong nursing teams.
