• Accurately and efficiently manage and maintain patients' medical records, ensuring timely and secure processing and storage

• Gather, organize, and compile medical records, diagnoses, and treatments from various sources, including electronic medical records, paper charts, and other documentation

• Correctly abstract and code medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements

• Verify and update patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant data

• Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping
