Salary: $120,000–$140,000 DOE

Must have New York RN license to be considered.

A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) near Fair Haven, VT to lead clinical services, develop nursing staff, and drive quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license

• Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

• Knowledge of NYS regulations, clinical compliance, and survey readiness
